Decent location with easy access to nearby sites. The spacious lounge area served as a good spot for unwinding after a long day.
The arrangement of rooms was quirky, resembling more of a divided space than a large double, and wind rattled the windows, needing impromptu fixes. Decor appeared outdated with worn furniture, and the bathroom had cleanliness issues, including a broken shower and a noticeable hole between the bath and surround. the dining experience didn't meet expectations. food arrived dry, possibly due to being under heat lamps for too long, and the general state of the restaurant felt subpar. Parking was a hassle, requiring finding space on back streets due to the congested lot.

Had a right laugh at the local eateries! You can't beat Las Palmas for some proper nosh—the paella was a taste sensation! Anchor Gardens Café had a cracking vibe, too, perfect for a sunny breakfast. the room's got a bath, which was dead handy after a long day!
But blimey, those beds were dodgier than a second-hand car! Wobbly as heck, and I barely got a wink. Plus, a lack of fire safety compliance? That's a big no from me!

would definitely stop here again
Friendly staff made us feel at home. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, and a tea/coffee maker. The bathroom had a lovely shower with good water pressure and complimentary shampoo and body soap. Great location near the beach, and the bar was perfect for a nightcap after our day out.

The friendly staff made the stay enjoyable, and the pet-friendly atmosphere was a highlight. The decor felt dated, and the room was smaller than expected, but it was clean and comfortable enough for a pleasant weekend getaway. Overall a solid choice for a budget trip.

This place was a good match for getting around Great Yarmouth with great value. I had trouble with the shower, which was either boiling or freezing, making it a bit chaotic for my family. Make sure to check the room amenities before settling in.

Had a fantastic time with friends! Just a couple of minutes' walk to the sandy beach and fun at Wellington Pier. The beds were comfortable, and the staff were super helpful. We loved the spacious family room too! Can't wait to come back!
The only downside was the lack of a lift, which made it a bit hard to carry our bags upstairs since we had a bit more luggage than usual.

The family room offered a spacious setup, which allowed us to spread out a bit. Close proximity to the beach and the pier made it easy to enjoy local attractions without much hassle.
A lack of lift access made hauling our bags to the second floor a bit tricky, especially for my disabled father. Cleanliness wasn’t up to snuff, as we found some spots that were clearly untouched, and the decor feels dated and in dire need of a refresh. Noise carried easily between rooms, causing some restless nights, and the bathroom features were rather basic without proper water pressure, adding to the discomfort.
